Context: Today's reading contains Elihu's third and fourth speech to Job. In his third speech, Elihu summarizes Job concern about his own righteousness (1-3) and responds about God's sovereign justice (4-16). In his fourth speech, Elihu begins with an introduction (1-4), assuring Job that his words come from God. He then talks about God's disciplinary ways (5-25), breaking it into two parts: core teachings (5-15) and a warning to Job (16-25). Elihu moves into talking about the greatness of God, describing how the glory of God is visible in nature, specifically a thunderstorm. This topic will continue into next week's reading.
