Commentary: David wrote all three of today’s psalms. Psalm 63 speaks of the desire to fellowship with the Lord above all else. The circumstances surrounding the writing of psalm 64 are unknown. It is a psalm of hope, looking forward to the time when God strikes down are enemies and all worship Him. Psalm 65 is a song praising the Lord and all He has created.
