Commentary: The author of all three of today’s psalms is not known. All three psalms are psalms of praise and joy. They are known as the Hallelujah Psalms. Hallelujah means “praise the Lord!” Psalm 111 praised God for His works and His redemption. Psalm 112 praises God for His righteousness. Psalm 113 praises God as the Creator and Redeemer.
