Commentary:  Paul continues his second missionary journey, going on to Ephesus, and extremely wealthy and pagan city.  Paul experiences great success, although not all were pleased with his teachings - especially those who made and sold false gods and items related to the false gods.  Paul was successful in a pagan city, however, that does not mean that all will experience success in such areas.  We must be spiritually prepared when ministering, as Satan does not like to surrender those he holds.  As Paul prepares to leave, he provides instructions on leadership and encouragement to remain strong in the Lord.
