The Journey Begins January 1, 2023
Every year, we, at The Forgiveness Foundation Christian Ministries, Inc., take a journey, a Journey Through The Bible in ONE Year! Did you join us on our journey last year? Join us again! This is the most important Journey anyone can take! If this is your first time taking this journey – welcome! If this is not your first time on this journey – welcome back! This journey is free! All it will cost you is an open mind and some time.
You may ask yourself, why do we insist upon reading the Bible, the ENTIRE Bible every year? Daily, individual study is how you grow your personal relationship with Jesus Christ. As Christians, we cannot solely rely upon others to instruct in the word of God. We should always be comparing what we are taught to what the Bible says. We must always be questioning! Developing a daily, personal study is how we can stay focused and continually turn to the Lord during our times of need. A strong relationship with our Savior will allow us to find peace during times of uncertainty. And if there should come a time when you cannot attend church or rely upon others to give you instruction, you will be able to maintain and continue to grow as you will have a developed a habit of spending time everyday in the Word of God.
but those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,

Daily, personal, individual study of God’s word provides strength in times of weakness, comfort in times of uncertainty, and knowledge and wisdom in times when it is lacking. Daily, personal, individual study of God’s word keeps a person grounded in God’s word, instead of the words of the secular world.
Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. (Joshua 1:8, NIV)
Daily study allows you to build upon your knowledge, to continue to grow in wisdom. Daily study also keeps you accountable for your actions. How do you represent Jesus Christ?

Each time you will discover more about yourself and your Savior. We all have questions we encounter in our life. This journey will provide answers! Some of those questions, the ones that just keep coming up in your life will be answered later, for now is not the right time. This is a journey that can – and should! – be taken multiple times! You will be surprised what you learn the second, third, fiftieth, and even one-hundredth time! There is always something new to discover!
A beneficial tool to help track your growth in God’s word is to journal your Journey Through The Bible in ONE Year. This is optional, however, in one year, you can look back and see how far you have come! Remember this journey is about you. It is about finding the true you.
