2 Killed in Christian School Shooting
A teacher and a student were killed, and six others were injured, in a shooting at Abundant Life Christian School in Madison, Wisconsin. The allegedly 15-year-old female shooter was a student at the school. The shooter also died. An investigation is ongoing and no motive has yet been revealed. Pray for the families of the deceased. Pray for the healing of the injured. Pray for all affected. Pray for peace.

Warren Keith Henness was scheduled to be executed on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, in Mansfield, Ohio. His execution has been rescheduled to December 15, 2027. Sixty-one-year-old Warren was convicted of the robbery and murder of 51-year-old Richard Myers in Columbus, Ohio, on March 20, 1992. Read more here.

Record Dengue Fever Outbreak in Central and South America
Over 12.6 million cases of dengue fever have been reported, with 7,700 deaths, in Central and South America. Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia have been especially hard hit. Dengue fever is a mosquito-borne virus that can include fever, headache, and eye, muscle, and joint pain. Severe cases can include vomiting. Vaccine distribution is available in some countries, with others planning to introduce vaccines in the coming years. Pray for the families of the deceased. Pray for healing and safety.

Joseph Corcoran is scheduled to be executed before sunrise on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, in Indiana. Forty-nine-year-old Joseph is convicted of murdering his 30-year-old brother James Corcoran, 32-year-old Robert Scott Turner, 30-year-old Douglas Stillwell, and 30-year-old Timothy Bricker, in Fort Wayne, Indiana on July 26, 1997. 3 Killed in Explosion in Thailand
At least three people are dead, and dozens of others injured after an explosive was thrown into a crowd at a festival in Umphang district in Thailand. Police have two suspects in custody, although no information about them has yet been publicly released. Pray for the families of the deceased. Pray for the healing of the injured. Shooting in Northern France Kills 5
At least five people have died in a series of shootings in northern France, near a migrant camp in Loon-Plage near Dunkirk. A 22-year-old male has turned himself in to the police and confessed, however, no motive has yet been revealed. Pray for the families of the deceased. Pray for all affected. Pray for peace.

Kevin Ray Underwood is scheduled to be executed at 10 am local time on Thursday, December 19, 2024, near McAlester, Oklahoma. Forty-four-year-old Kevin is convicted of raping and murdering 10-year-old Jamie Rose Bolin in Purcell, Oklahoma on April 12, 2006. Read more here.

12 Die at Georgia Ski Resort
Twelve people have died from carbon monoxide poisoning in a ski resort in Georgia. All 12 were in a sleeping area when they were discovered and an early investigation does not show any signs of violence. The day before, the building had lost power and a generator had been turned on, but a full investigation is ongoing. Pray for the families of the deceased. Pray for all affected.

Oil Spill in the Black Sea
An oil spill has been reported after two Russian oil tankers were badly damaged. Both tankers appeared to have run aground, causing the spill. The accident allegedly killed one crew member, while the remaining crew members were safely rescued. Pray for the family of the deceased.
